AirStryk Industries Return Policy
At AirStryk Industries, our goal is to provide quality products, honest customer service, and expert guidance to help you choose the right equipment before you buy. We strive to ensure every customer receives the best product to fit their needs, intended use, and budget. If you have questions before making a purchase, we encourage you to contact our team—we're always happy to help.
Because many of the products we sell are precision airguns and specialized equipment, our return policy follows the standards of the airgun industry and the warranty policies established by each manufacturer.
Airgun Sales
All airgun sales are final.
Due to safety, warranty, and product integrity concerns, AirStryk Industries does not accept returns or exchanges on air rifles, air pistols, air archery platforms, or other projectile-launching devices once they have been shipped or transferred to the customer. This is standard practice throughout the airgun industry.
We encourage customers to contact us before purchasing if they have any questions regarding caliber selection, intended use, compatibility, or performance expectations. Our team is here to help ensure you purchase the right product the first time.
Manufacturer Warranty
Manufacturer warranties vary by brand. AirStryk Industries honors and follows each manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures.
If a product develops a manufacturing defect or requires warranty service, the claim will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy. Depending on the manufacturer, warranty claims may be processed directly through the manufacturer or facilitated by AirStryk Industries as an authorized dealer.
Warranty eligibility, coverage, and turnaround times are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Returns on Non-Airgun Products
Eligible non-airgun merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided all of the following conditions are met:

The item is new, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

All manuals, accessories, tags, and original packaging are included.

The product has not been installed, modified, assembled, or used.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), if requested, has been obtained prior to returning the item.
Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection and functionality assessment to verify that it remains in new, resalable condition.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which helps cover inspection, handling, processing, and repackaging costs.
If the returned product shows any signs of use, installation, damage, missing components, cosmetic wear, altered packaging, or is no longer in new condition, the return will be refused and no refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (incorrect item shipped or verified manufacturer defect upon arrival).

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or covered under a manufacturer's warranty:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your shipment arrives damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item, please contact AirStryk Industries within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by coordinating with the manufacturer or shipping carrier when necessary.
Photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged product may be required to process your claim.
